Varietal Composition: 100% Malbec.

Origin: Finca Ayni, Altamira, Valle de Uco, Mendoza.

Altitude: 1100 meters.

Vituculture: Organic, certified in transition.

Soil: Sandy loam over calcium carbonate coated gravels, 0 to 50 cm deep

Climate: Cool average temperatures and nights with wide thermal amplitude, relatively more humid than other areas of Mendoza.

Ageing: Oak barrels of 3000 liters and 5000 liters foudres, 12 months.

Parcel wine, from parts of the vineyards where gravels covered by a thick layer of calcium carbonate emerge up to the surface. Extremely poor soil. Only 2000 bottles produced.
