Varietal Composition: 70% Malbec, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc

Origin: Gualtallari, Valle de Uco

Altitude: 1100 m.

Viticulture: Conventional

Soils: Sandy loam over calcium carbonate coated gravels

Climate: cool average temperatures and nights with wide thermal amplitude, relatively more humid than other areas of Mendoza

Production: 30.000 bottles

Aging: 3000/ 5000 liter foudres and concrete vats for 12 months

Tasting Notes: “Aromas of flowers, blackberries, camphor, forest floor and subtle new oak emerge from this full-bodied, textured, opulent blockbuster. Extremely pure and rich, this bargain-priced Malbec should drink well for 6-10+ years. If this were a Napa Valley or Bordeaux red, it would undoubtedly be priced between $150.00-200.00.” Robert Parker (Wine Avocate)
