Climate: Sunny and dry, large thermal amplitude.

Tasting Notes: “A light herbal note from the Sauvignon Blanc and wild ferment. Stony rather than aromatic. More intense on the palate, the Sauvignon Blanc is not dominating except in freshness. Citrus but with some weight rather than the fat of Viognier. Some melon and apple and touch of apricot. Good intensity on the palate and length with a salty aftertaste.” Julia Harding
